What: *Create your personalized feng-shui vision board designed to support you in consciously identifying & envisioning  the life you want
*Create effective affirmations energetically aligned to your deep desires

*Dance Nia, the feel-good empowering movement practice to further ground the vision you are creating  

*Surrender into a soul-guided meditation focused on releasing resistance, inviting clarity and inspiration 

I provide:
Vision board, most images/printed materials, scissors, glue, snacks, along with tried & true guidance.

You bring: 

Personal pictures/cut-outs/favorite images.

Cancellations

Cancellations up and including 1/13/2018 are refunded 1/2 of workshop amount.                       After 1/13 no refund.

Eat. Bake. Dance.  
Nurturing Soul, Mind, Body   

*Learn how to prepare an authentic Greek Tyropita/cheese pie

*Eat in Community. Share ideas. Get clarity & direction for your life
*Experience Nia
Will prepare/learn a variety of Greek dishes periodically. Please check back to see what we'll be cooking!

When: To be announced​
Time: 12 noon - 3pm
Where:  Tega Cay, SC (email for directions. themetra@hotmail.com)
What: *Learn how to make the traditional & yummy Greek Tyropita/cheese pie. Can be eaten as an appetizer or main dish.
*Take it home in a 9x14 pan ready to be baked or freeze it for another day.
*Eat cheese pie -my treat- while brainstorming & getting clear about your desires in a supportive environment.
*Experience Nia, the empowering, feel-good movement practice.
